Serena and Simona. . .
Serena played tough, and so did Simona however, Serena managed to take home the winner's name once more defeating Simona Halep in a 1 hour 8 minute match of 6-4 6-3. This leads Serena to be in the semis of the Wells Crown. Both women were said to give a good match, but Serena had to be brutal in order to get the win. Serena congratulated by Simona said : "I knew today I had to play the best that I could....but most of all have fun which is what I'm trying to do these days."
