Coast Guard Academy Commencement Address President Trump addressed the 2017 Coast Guard Academy graduating class. In his remarks he thanked graduates for their service and talked about facing adversity, urging them to “fight, fight, fight” and to “never, ever, ever give up.” He offered encouragement from his own experience in campaigning and his presidency: “Look at the way I have been treated lately, especially by the media. No politician in history...has been treated worse or more unfairly. You can’t let...the critics and the naysayers get in the way of your dreams”
