According to the White House official transcript, shows that Trump said no responding no to the question, is Russia still targeting The United States? Trump said No to the follow up question asking for clarification by the reporter who was inside that room.

This man has been cleaning up his missed opportunity for a few days now. It is a shame that Trump did not talk tuff to Putin on the interference they caused to get Trump elected, I wonder why?
