This was a very smart move on the part of Speaker Nancy Pelosi. She has effectively taken away Trump's talking point that could have generated the Trumps base like you Steve.

Nancy has been forced to admit there was no blue wave after all, but she will have even less to offer the voters in 2020. No effective legislation and a whole bunch of wasted time by Nadler, Cummings, Schiff and the like.

The people of America spoke loud and clear that that wanted change to investigate the dealings of The Trump Organization, can't you see that, Steve? If that was not a Blue Wave that took place on Jan 3th of this year, then what was that, then, what do you call it?
The American people got change and that was the Blue Wave, despite Russia's involvement in the elections.
