I read that Washington thinks pumping more money by way of a second round of stimulus checks, to it's citizens, will help the economy. They really think that we are going to spend that money on consumer goods. Please! They may not have traveled to my neighborhood. I can tell you: me and my neighbors (what's left of them) will be spending it on Ma Bell, Ma Energy and Ma house mortgage, to name a few!
