About Us
The mission of ReGeneration Schools is to ensure that all children have equal access to high quality, college-preparatory education through academic excellence and the content of their character.
That’s right: college for all children, no exceptions.
ReGeneration Schools is a non-profit charter school management organization that's dedicated to revitalizing schools through a college prep and character mission. We currently manage a network of six schools on three CICS campuses in Chicago, IL and one school in Cincinnati, OH.
All students demonstrate excellence in reading, writing, math, science and history while consistently exemplifying the virtues of respect, integrity, diligence, responsibility, compassion and perseverance.

Students benefit when they are taught by teachers who are from similar backgrounds. Nearly three-quarters of ReGen staff and leaders identify as people of color and all teachers are trained in culturally responsive teaching practices.
