Primarily my goal is to see the enterprise or relationship I am engaged in , become a success; and experience the self satisfaction that I, through my personal efforts, helped it get there. I am convinced there is work that can best be accomplished by persons possessing personal characteristics such as myself.
The following is a list and description of character traits and behaviors I am aware I possess. I have personal characteristics of honesty, loyalty, reliability, integrity and sincerity.
I am a seasoned analytical decision maker; cost conscious in terms of manpower, materials and time. I am flexible and adaptable to meet changing production schedules. I have developed and refined supervisory techniques adaptable to any production oriented, safety conscious organization. I am a cooperative team player with the ability to follow written and oral direction. I have a keen appreciation for value, attention to detail, and a focus on producing accurate and timely work.
Once I have begun an activity, a priority (perhaps the highest motivational factor) is to get it done; self satisfaction is tied directly to completed achievement.
I possess a logical mind which tends to “make sense” of what is perceived regarding the big picture as well as pieces of the picture within the context of that big picture. I tend to place emphasis on recognizing patterns, linkage, and relationships.
I am receptive to consider abstract ideas, theory, concepts, inquiry,, exploration, analysis, logic, systems, and procedures . I am further motivated to learn and understand the other person(s) needs, wishes and listening preferences, and possess the ability to represent others when there’s a need.
I also tend to feel privileged and a responsibility to use clear communication (including persuasion), to voluntarily provide beneficial information to ensure success.
