Beyond Yoga: Wholesale Marketing Manager

Quality, inclusivity, and attention to detail aren't just catch phrases for us, we apply them to everything we do inside the company walls and out.</p><p></p><p>The Wholesale Marketing Manager is an exciting role that will oversee our wholesale marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the Wholesale Account Reps to establish growth objectives with our wholesale accounts. This position will work with the Marketing Director to establish KPI’s per account along with a yearly budget and plan activations and identify growth opportunities to align with business objectives. This position will create full year campaigns and provide insights and high level post-mortems upon completion of activation. The Retail Marketing Manager will have a high degree of creativity, collaboration, communication and extensive retail experience. This person thrives on being detail-oriented and follow-through and enjoys the commadere of others.<br /> </p><p><b> What you'll do:</b><br /> </p><ul><li>Working closely with the sales team, you will identify key partnerships and growth opportunities that ladder to the business objectives</li><li>Develop the seasonal and yearly marketing calendar with key wholesale dates providing a roadmap for wholesale marketing initiatives </li><li>Oversee implementation of wholesale campaigns, utilizing metrics to track progress and providing post activation successes or areas for improvement</li><li>Work cross-functionally with the creative and social teams to ensure dates of activations are aligned to the overall marketing calendar</li><li>Brainstorm and align with key accounts to determine objectives for both their brand and the BY brand, establishing clear goals up-front.</li><li>Identify external strategic partners and influencers to bring awareness to activations working alongside the social team.</li><li>Analyze competition and trends to identify, create, and implement break-through marketing programs relevant to the consumer</li><li>Work closely with the other functional leaders in a collaborative fashion to ensure alignment of initiatives, information sharing, and speed to market</li><li>Sets and manages budget to accomplish key strategic brand and business opportunities.<br /> </li></ul><p><b><span>Who you are:</span></b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 6+ years of retail marketing experience required, working with big box retailers and specialty stores.</li><li>Apparel industry preferred</li><li>Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment</li><li>A self-starter mentality; ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Ability to think creatively and strategically, while maintaining a rigorous business and financial discipline</li><li>Exceptional project management experience and attention to detail</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Bachelor's degree or relevant experience <br /> </li></ul><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
