We are looking for motivated individuals to help build our Account Management sales team. A strong candidate would possess some sales experience (inbound/outbound call center preferred), good speaking ability, a persuasive attitude, and a desire for personal and professional growth.
Additional duties include but are not limited to:
Telesales Requirements:
* Make 85-100 Outbound Calls per Day
* Be aggressive
* Use a set series of scripted call guidelines on every call
Sales Requirements:
* Develop relationships with customers to maintain a continuous flow of work
* Build a lead pipeline from referrals of existing accounts
* Consistently secure new business for the region through prospecting
* Work to build partnerships with Distributors to increase sales pipelines
* Utilize your sales skills and the provided solutions toolbox to recover accounts or to increase profitability from existing active accounts
* Upsell customers on repair services, as well as the purchase of new or refurbished equipment
* Provide customers with Sales Quotations when necessary and follow up on those quotations to ensure they progress into orders
