Family Medicine Float - Advanced Practice Provider
Overview Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Family Medicine Team in Metamora, Illinois. Opportunity Details Float position that will be based out of our Metamora clinic but will provide coverage at our different Family Medicine and Walk-In clinics in the Greater Peoria region Work with established teams consisting of Physicians and other experienced APPs Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well X-ray and lab services available onsite at most locations Average patients/day: 12-16 Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Additional details by request from group No call requirements Be part of a strong, stable, financially-sound and innovative healthcare system Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage Education Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Family Practice experience strongly preferred Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure About Our Community Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public school districts.
