Real Estate Asset Management Analyst II | Contract Feb - April (JN -012025-386066)
Job Description: - Provide exceptional customer service to lenders, borrowers, and servicing staff while managing a portfolio of Agency and CMBS loans.
- Underwrite and recommend lender consent for borrower requests, including lease approvals, collateral substitutions, ownership transfers, and loan assumptions.
- Analyze financial statements, conduct covenant testing (e.g., NOI, DSCR, debt yield), and address variances or borrower inquiries.
- Oversee property inspections, post-closing repairs, and resolution of maintenance issues to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Process and monitor insurance loss requests, reserve releases, and restoration efforts.
- Audit loan setups, update portfolio risk reports, and ensure accuracy in loan terms and compliance.
- Track and collect outstanding mortgage payments, documenting efforts to mitigate portfolio risk.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, real estate, accounting, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in finance, with a preference for backgrounds in FP&A, commercial lending, or asset management.
- Proficient in analyzing financial statements and performing reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills, with expertise in modeling and data analysis.
- Strong analytical abilities paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Additional Info: - Location: 100% onsite to start; after initial training you can work 1 day a week from home. They call it a "focus" day
- Pay: Up to $55/hr
- Type: Contract from early February through the end of April
