Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Social Media Professional to join their client's innovative team in Rhode Island. This role is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for social media and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will oversee the social media strategy and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, and written).
• Monitoring and responding to users on social platforms to foster a positive community atmosphere.
• Analyzing social media campaigns and activities to assess success and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media content with overall marketing initiatives.
• Staying updated with the latest social media trends and technologies to ensure cutting-edge practices.
• Managing and supervising a team of social media specialists.
• Organizing and coordinating social media coverage for company events and campaigns, with around 20% travel time.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday during first shift hours.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, annual bonus

Travel Requirement: Approximately 20% travel time is expected for this supervisory position.
