Key Details:

• Duration: 6-8 weeks, 20 hours per week
• Function: automate workflows in Jira, sync with Trello
• Location: Remote (will need to come in to Sorrento Valley office ~5x over course of project)
• Pay: $30-40/hr

Project Responsibilities:

• Automating workflows for Member Marketing Project Flow; creating rules and automations to eliminate repetitive tasks. Syncing our project board and automating over to Creative production board
• Automating workflows for Partner Success board, similar workflows and automations needed to Member Marketing
• Creating a Trello to Jira one way or bi-directional sync to push Trello cards into Creative Jira workflow correctly mapping back attributes needed for creative team and updating the card in Trello once completed
• Creating Excel to Jira one way or bi-directional sync to push specific workback tasks and deadlines into project board for Member Marketing to stay on top of key deadlines
• Workback calendar reminders in Jira
