How You'll Create Possibilities

Role Responsibilities ​:

• Learn fundamentals of FEA, the software and apply learnings to get a good firsthand experience in FE simulations.
• Support in the setup and execution of FEA simulations using commercial software (e.g., Abaqus, HyperMesh).
• Prepare parts and sub system for analysis, post process the model and support analysis of details.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of simulation models to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Contributes to the creation of CAD geometries and meshing for FEA models.
• Use simulation methods to create structural models, apply loads and boundary conditions, and predict structural response of the FEA models
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation of simulation work.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications :

• A student from final year M. Tech or one who has completed M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Machine Design, Engineering Mechanics and FEM.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A passion for technology and appetite to learn new things with limited guidance.
• Firsthand experience in MS office & visualization of engineering drawings
• Experience in Creo/ HyperMesh/ Abaqus will be a plus.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong visualization skills to interpret problem statements, drawings, and figures accurately.
• Experience with meshing tools (HyperMesh or Abaqus meshing capabilities)
• Programming skills (e.g., Python) for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
• Prior project experience involving FEA (academic or personal).
