Key responsibilities include partnering with the market leadership team, Market Executives, Resident Directors, Financial Advisors, Wealth Management Client Associates, and Wealth Management Associates to facilitate daily business needs. Job expectations include driving responsible growth while minimizing regulatory, financial, operational, and reputational risks.</p><p></p><p>The <b><span>Market Client Relationship Manager (MCRM)</span></b> is a direct report to the Senior Client Relationship Manager with dual reporting to the Merrill Wealth Management Market Executive (ME). The MCRM functions as a member of the market leadership team responsible for sourcing, onboarding, managing, and providing ongoing development for the Wealth Management Client Associates, Service Support Staff, and the branch's Operations Department. The MCRM is responsible for delivering firm strategy and partners closely with advisor teams to deliver an exceptional client service model focusing on digital solutions and enterprise capabilities.  </p><p></p><p><b><span>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Managing the branch's Wealth Management Client Associates and Service Support Staff</p></li><li><p>Overseeing the daily operations of a Merrill branch office ensuring appropriate supervision and compliance to industry regulations, and policies and procedures</p></li><li><p><span>Driving business growth by </span>leading the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy for their respective market</p></li><li><p>Hiring, developing, and leading a team of cross-functional professionals to support Financial Advisor teams and deliver outstanding client service</p></li><li><p>Coaching teams to deliver a modern, digital first service model focusing on exceeding the bank’s client service expectations and operational excellence goals</p></li><li><p>Ensuring client service expectations are met and exceeded while balancing the risk and exposure for Merrill</p></li><li><p>Resolving complex, escalated client service and operational needs</p></li><li><p>Representing the office and Merrill with clients, prospects, Financial Advisor recruits, vendors, regulators, and outside legal counsel</p></li><li><p>Proactively identifying opportunities to connect Financial Advisors and clients to the broader enterprise</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Managerial Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><br>This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates.
