System Admin & CloudOps Manager

Work You'll Do

As a Manager on the team, you will:
  • Lead initiatives for AWS and GCP infrastructure, driving optimization of cloud consumption and cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient cloud resource utilization aligned with project goals.
  • Apply deep expertise in cloud cost management, infrastructure architecture, and performance tuning.
  • Support modernization efforts by integrating cloud-native solutions and best practices.

Our Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure offering provides specialized engineering capabilities to design, implement, manage, and operate hybrid cloud environments, modernize networks and AI infrastructure from the core to the edge, and incubate new infrastructure and device services to help clients stay ahead with the latest technology advances.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Expert level skills in AWS Cost optimization and AWS Infrastructure.
  • Role requires domain knowledge of Health Benefits Exchange project at the Federal or State level.
  • Experience with Middleware & Openshift: Expertise in RedHat OpenShift Software, IBM Rules Engine, WebLogic, Fuse, Git, Ansiblem Terrafirm, Splunk, Dynatrace
  • 3+ years of experience in FinOps for AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and optimization of the consumption & Cost of the infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of Cloud Infrastructure Financial Ops with hands on knowledge of Cost Mgmt, Cost Explorer, Quick Sight, AWS Budget, and Google Cloud Billing.
  • 4+ years of experience managing System Admin's, Cloud Ops and System Monitoring teams working on and off shore.
  • 14+ years of experience in Information Technology

  • Drools
  • ForgeRock Directory Service

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
