Associate, Facilities Maintenance
KSNV is looking for a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Technician who will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of the television station.
Responsibilities
- Will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guest and staff
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to avoid any breakdowns
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues and execute timely repairs
- Maintain open communication with the General Manager regarding facility status and maintenance activities
- Submit weekly maintenance reports and track work orders or service tickets
- Follow safety protocols and chemicals responsibly
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers may be required
Qualifications
- General experience in repair/maintenance of equipment and physical building
- General knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical problem solving, and communication skills
- General understanding of computer skills, including email, excel, and digital maintenance logs
