Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicineThe Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison will be responsible for fostering relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the field of dermatology. As the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving healthcare innovation in the region of the United States, covering Western PA/DC/Eastern OH.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with current and future industry experts, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Biologic Coordinators</li><li>Build and manage Key Opinion Leader relationships across a select number of districts.</li><li>Organize and manage KOL activities and events to support the brand's KOL engagement strategy.</li><li>Identify and vet promotional speakers, coach speakers, and manage communications with promotional speakers.</li><li>Lead or partner with home office-based teams to develop and deliver marketing and educational programs.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement.</li></ul>Skills and ExperienceRequired:<ul><li>Minimum of 7 years of related industry experience</li><li>2+ years of people management or project management experience</li><li>Concentration in biotechnology sales or marketing, with a preference for medical dermatology therapeutic markets</li><li>Experience in managing and growing customer relationships.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of success and leadership.</li><li>Excellent communication and the ability to effectively convey insights & ideas.</li><li>Ability to analyze complex business situations and identify creative solutions.</li><li>Experience in vendor management</li><li>Ability to travel Up to 60% local/regional, including evening events, overnight stays, and weekend travel.</li><li>Candidates should reside within the region and be located within a reasonable distance to a major airport.</li></ul>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
