*Eligibility requirements vary by position. A Business Systems Analyst will have moderate understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices, management systems, and general learning techniques. Demonstrate a willingness to learn more, adaptability to urgencies during the day, accountability, incorporate input from others, and support business users daily. This role focuses on extracting insights from complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and presenting findings in clear, concise formats to support decision-making. Troubleshoot concerns highlighted by the business units supported and analyze/complete service requests to drive profit growth. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Present findings in clear, accessible formats (e. g., charts, graphs, written summaries).
This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00
