Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Deliver Research to clients on a daily basis
2. Execute orders and manage the firms risk
3. Cultivate an opinion on the markets both long term and short term and keep clients informed of these opinions
4. Market ECM deals, keeping clients abreast to price sensitivity and demand.
5. Learn all aspects of the equity platform including research, corporate access, low touch execution and capital markets.
6. Maintain firm to firm relationships.

Required Qualifications:
