This travel would be during the site ramp up period and dependent on functional needs and project timelines (in some cases frequent travel and or short terms stays with vendors, sister companies, partners). We operate in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing and Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) and in partnership with key internal/external network.</p><p></p><p>Automation is a dedicated team professionals with various technical expertise, responsible for the implementation, validation, qualification and maintenance of the ISA-95 level 1 and 2 manufacturing automated systems and applicable interfaces and level 3 recipe content for the manufacturing facility. Ensure that automated systems are fit for intended use and follow applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. cG(a)MP) and company manufacturing standards throughout the entire system life cycle.</p><p></p><p>The <b>Maintenance Reliability Technician</b> ensures compliant, accurate, and timely completion of corrective, emergency and preventive maintenance in support of Johnson and Johnson pharmaceutical manufacturing bioprocess and non-process related equipment.  Execute predictive, corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment and systems in areas of expertise and one or more additional maintenance disciplines (e.g. mechanical and shop, electrical, controls, and instrumentation).</p><p></p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing bio-process equipment and non-process equipment supporting manufacturing process.</p></li><li><p>Investigates and provides repairs to equipment and instrumentation systems as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Maintain bio-process equipment including, but not limited to: Bioreactors, Autoclaves, Centrifuges, CIPs, Chromatography Systems, Buffer Skids, Filtration Skids and Lab Equipment.</p></li><li><p>Execute predictive and preventive maintenance on GMP and non GMP process equipment.</p></li><li><p>Execute calibration and repair of instrumentation associated with GMP and non GMP utility systems.</p></li><li><p>Maintain all calibration standards used for calibration tasks.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in troubleshooting automated devices including but not limited to PLCs and HMIs.</p></li><li><p>Investigates, troubleshoots, and provides repairs to electrical and control systems associated with bio-process equipment. </p></li><li><p>Proficient reviewing electrical, mechanical, and P&amp;ID prints/drawings.</p></li><li><p>Interpret and respond to equipment and process alarms as needed.</p></li><li><p>Use diagnostic equipment to identify and repair problems.</p></li><li><p>Work with team to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.</p></li><li><p>Project-Leader: Represents the shop as SME and/or coordinates all maintenance deliverables on site wide projects</p></li><li><p>People-Leader: Self-starter.  Takes initiative.  Leads and trains others. Acts as shop coordinator and/or substitutes for Team Leader in his/her absence.  Takes initiative, including ability to prioritize and plan work, and add-value after assigned work is completed.  Demonstrates strong values and ethics which establishes a culture of trust and transparency, and fosters an environment of engagement through effective leadership,</p></li><li><p>Systems-Leader: Able to coordinate with business units outside of maintenance. Able to lead programs within the maintenance department. Is aware of and understands departmental and site level operations.  Takes the initiative to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions</p></li></ul><p></p><p>*This is not an exhaustive or comprehensive listing of job functions.  May perform other duties as assigned.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications:  (Education, Years of experience, language requirement, skills) </u></b></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma</p></li><li><p>Trade / Technical School certification or Certification in Craft required.  Military equivalent of  Trade / Technical School certification is accepted.</p></li><li><p>0-2 years of related industrial experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>Knowledgeable in general maintenance with the willingness of acquiring experience in at least 1 maintenance discipline: mechanical, electrical, controls, and/or instrumentation</p></li><li><p>Proficient performing general maintenance equipment repairs (troubleshooting basic maintenance tasks based on complexity under direct supervision (e.g. reading PI&amp;Ds, troubleshooting electrical circuits, performing instrument calibrations, performing mechanical repairs, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in outlook, words, excel and power point programs.</p></li><li><p>Ability to use industrial control systems.</p></li><li><p>Critical thinking mindset (data analysis and historical trends, draw rational conclusions, and act on the findings</p></li><li><p>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of cGMP’s for Maintenance in an GMP regulated environment.</p></li><li><p>Scientific or technical qualification in either mechanical, electrical, instrumentation &amp; controls, utilities engineering.</p></li><li><p>Experience of Delta V, PLC and SCADA systems</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
