Supervisor Patient Access \Full Time, Night Shift

Seeking an experienced leader to oversee the night shift in a fastpaced Emergency Department.

The ideal candidate will foster a supportive, teamfocused environment while driving key performance and quality outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to guide staff through the demands of a highacuity emergency care setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred field: Healthcare related or an equivalent combination of education and experience.



• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) upon hire.



• Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) upon hire.



• Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) upon hire.



• 3 years - Experience in an integrated healthcare system in any aspect of access services or a related position.



• 1 year - Personnel management, supervisory or lead experience of a team(s) of 5 or more; 2 years experience preferred.



• Demonstrates experience designing and implementing process changes, and successfully implementing standardized operational improvements, in collaboration with other leadership.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
