Lead Sales Associate (Seasonal)

We strive to create a positive and fun atmosphere where our Team Members feel valued and are enthusiastic about the contributions they make to the success of Leslie's.Job Overview: The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 / Hourly Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs</li><li>Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system</li><li>Maintain a welcoming store environment</li><li>Assist with merchandising and inventory control</li><li>Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School</li><li>A valid driver's license with reliable transportation</li><li>6 months or 1 year of customer service</li><li>Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.</li><li>Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.</li><li>The ability to lift 50 lbs.</li></ul>Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.
