<dt><h2>Class Description</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><p>The purpose of this class is to provide front-line coordination of work related to advisement, registration and student services, including student applications, registration, drop/add and financial aid.</p></dd>
<dt><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><p style="margin: 0;">High School diploma/GED and one-year related experience in a customer service department preferably in higher education <span style="color: inherit;">or </span><span style="color: inherit;">3 months experience in a college financial aid office.</span></p><br><span style="color: inherit;"><strong>Positions located on the Essex and Owings Mills campuses</strong></span><br><span style="color: inherit;"><strong><strong data-pasted="true">Some nights and weekends will be required for this position</strong></strong></span></dd>
<dt><h2>Class Specific Essential Duties</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><ol style="margin-left: 7.3px; margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>Process, prepare and validate student documents relating to all aspects of the enrollment process.</li><li>Assist with the data management of student enrollment records to facilitate efficient processing.</li><li>Provide personal services to student and others relating to front line enrollment services.</li><li>Perform research to resolve enrollment related student issues.</li></ol><p style="margin: 0">Essential Job Duties are intended to be examples of duties and are not intended to be all inclusive. There will be other duties as assigned.</p></dd>
