This role is also eligible for S&amp;C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Join Our Team as a Manager - Content Strategy (</strong><span style="color:black;font-family:&quot;Aptos&quot;,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>Top-of Funnel)</strong></span></span><strong>!</strong></p><p>This role leads the development of content strategies that drive top-of-funnel engagement, build product awareness, and attract new audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who understands how to position products and solutions in a way that resonates with early-stage buyers and influencers. This role also includes managing a team of content creators and strategists to execute high-impact campaigns.</p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Develop and execute content strategies that support demand generation and product awareness across digital channels.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of content strategists and writers to deliver cohesive and engaging content.</li><li>Create educational and thought leadership content including blogs, videos, infographics, social media, and webinars.</li><li>Collaborate with product marketing, subject matter experts, and company leaders to align messaging with buyer pain points and industry trends.</li><li>Contribute to an integrated marketing strategy and own and align the editorial calendar for top-of-funnel initiatives tied to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and audience segments.</li><li>Optimize content for SEO and discoverability to increase organic reach and engagement.</li><li>Track, test, and measure content performance and refine messaging and formats..</li><li>Partner with external agencies, influencers, and analysts to amplify reach and credibility.</li><li>Develop and manage budgets for key product lines&nbsp;</li><li>Commit to understanding the power industry and S&amp;C’s solutions, and apply knowledge of customer challenges and S&amp;C’s unique differentiators&nbsp;</li><li>Build strong partnerships across the Marketing department and with outside vendors&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance</li><li>Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required</li><li>Communicate effectively and respectfully with others</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><div><p><strong>What you’ll Need To Succeed:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Technical Writing, English, or a related field&nbsp;</li><li>10+ years of experience in marketing communication, product marketing, or marketing operations. Proven experience working in technically complex industries. Previous leadership and B2B experience a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar&nbsp;</li><li>Experience and proficiency in proofing and editing content, as well as visual storytelling.&nbsp;</li><li>Expertise in project management and a high proficiency for managing multiple projects simultaneously with a commitment to meeting deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage direct reports and coach/edit work for corporate voice, messaging, structure, visuals, and best practices of communications channels.&nbsp;</li><li>Marketing Automation experience a plus&nbsp;</li></ul><div><div><p>S&amp;C Electric is committed to equal-opportunity employment.
