Job Description: Associate is responsible for identifying markets and participating in the sale and valuation of leased equipment. May evaluate residual values in structuring lease contracts. Associates may work with legal department on remarketing possessed equipment. May also participate in inspection programs to ensure that leased equipment is well maintained.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Evaluation of current market conditions for a variety of used equipment.</li><li>Build ongoing relationships with current clients.</li><li>Develop and maintain an assortment of used equipment dealers, brokers and buyers.</li><li>Follow all bank internal policies, procedures and training.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of five years equipment management experience.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of equipment management procedures.</li><li>Appraisal, valuation or selling skills of a variety of equipment types.</li><li>ASA Senior status or have taken multiple ASA training courses.</li><li>Exceptional remarketing awareness combined with selling and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Data Collection and Entry</li><li>Data and Trend Analysis</li><li>Price Verification and Valuation</li><li>Research Analysis</li><li>Analytical Thinking</li><li>Collateral Management</li><li>Issue Management</li><li>Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Management</li><li>Negotiation</li><li>Research</li><li>Risk Management</li><li>Valuation Ethics and Practice Standards</li><li>Vendor Management</li></ul>Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40</div>
