Learn more at <a href="https://www.jnj.com/medtech" target="_blank">https://www.jnj.com/medtech</a>We are searching for the best talent for a Maintenance Coordinator.This position is under a Collective Bargaining Agreement in a union environment and the hourly rate is $32.67/hrThe Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities for craft personnel, mechanics, electricians, and calibrations technicians. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Must read, interpret, and follow work instructions and training materials.</li><li>Pass and maintain training and certification examinations as required.</li><li>Review of work orders to identify all planned maintenance activities.</li><li>Research backlog work orders and identify those with available parts and resources.</li><li>Maintain an up to date backlog, ensuring that completed items are removed from the backlog in a timely manner.</li><li>Lead weekly cross-functional planning meeting to develop weekly master schedule.</li><li>Publish weekly schedule and communicate to manufacturing and craft facilitators.</li><li>Coordinate outages with other maintenance coordinators.</li><li>Develop and publish maintenance metrics.</li><li>Assist to resolve poor performing metrics.</li><li>Ability to review maintenance procedures and suggest / make improvements and additions.</li><li>Will act as a backup for other maintenance coordinators to cover absenteeism.</li><li>Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Maximo (CMMS).</li><li>Commit, drive and ensure compliance in accordance with Health Care Compliance Guidelines, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) responsibilities, Associate Training and Documentation Operating Procedure, and Records Management Compliance.</li><li>Comply with all applicable quality management system, environmental, safety and occupational health policies. (for example, ISO 13485, ISO14001 & OSHAS18001).</li></ul>Qualifications:<h1>Required</h1><ul><li>High School graduate or equivalent required.</li><li>At least 2 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Demonstrated abilities as craft mechanic or electrician with skill level commensurate at the craft “A” level.</li><li>Certified to WorkKeys at a mechanic standard of level 5 on all modules. </li><li>Demonstrate ability to operate Maximo system for data entry / retrieval at a craft responsibility level (open work orders, document all required info including fault codes, complete work orders, search in required fields to find open work orders). </li><li>Demonstrate ability to operate Microsoft Excel for data entry and interpretation (Open selected files given location, read and interpret data as displayed, tabular and graphically). </li><li>Strong record of accomplishment in the maintenance fields.</li></ul><h1>Preferred</h1><ul><li>Experience with leading a cross functional team to develop a work plan.
