The Technical Production Lead is responsible for technical and operational aspects of Mastercards Hybrid Events & Meetings. Leveraging their extensive technical knowledge, innovative technologies, and a variety of platforms. They will work with stakeholders to design, produce, and execute events that are aligned with the companys strategic goals and objectives. With the current rise in hybrid events and meetings you will be a key contributor to a dynamic Employee Digital Experience team focused on enabling, engaging, and empowering our colleagues globally. <br><br>Role <br> Collaborate and advise internal and external partners to provide technical oversite of all stages of event planning and execution. <br> Provide specialized, in-depth knowledge on the technical aspects of event production, including AV equipment, streaming encoders, web-conferencing platforms, and video content creation. <br> Serve as technical team lead during preparation and implementation of an event. <br> Provide consultation and advice to enable the best possible experiences. <br> Help to maximize project budgets by actively seeking out value, alternatives, and/or efficiencies without sacrificing quality. <br> Assist with event documentation including equipment lists, signal flows, strategic workflows, CADs diagrams, and production timelines. <br> Define rehearsal schedules, create technical run-of-show, and physical execution of AV system(s) during events. <br> Analyze event data, feedback, and surveys to produce reports that identify an events technology performance. <br> Highlight individual successes, priorities for improvement, and after-action items that enhance future experiences. <br> Execute and run production equipment at times, to contribute to the events tech needs. <br> Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Mastercards production technology and identify additional strategic opportunities. <br><br>All About You <br> Bachelor's degrees, specialized technology certifications, or equivalent hands-on industry experience recommended.<br> Experience in event production and/or project management. <br> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the enterprise. <br> Fluent in Zoom, MS Teams, MS Visio, Newtek NDI, Vimeo, Barco Event Master, VMIX, Tri Caster, Adobe Premier, CAD, Vimeo. <br> Proficient in IP networking, including routing and streaming protocols (SIP, H.323, H.264). <br> Proficient with editing software such as Adobe Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. <br> Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. <br> Analytically minded, self-motivated individual with strong business acumen. <br> Willing to travel 40% of the time to other offices (including our NYC Tech Hub).<h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
