<dt><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2></dt>
<dd><p>High School diploma/GED and five years full time or Associate’s Degree and three years full time experience working in a Registrar’s Office, Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts or a lead customer service position. Experience working in Higher Education required, preferably at a Community College. Knowledge and experience working with Student Information Systems, preferably Banner.</p><div style="text-align: center;"><em>Position to be based on either the Dundalk or Essex Campus. </em> </div><div style="text-align: center;"><em>Hours: Mon/Tues 8:30-4:30 or 9-5  Wed/Thurs 8:30- 4:30 or 11-7  Friday 8:30-4:30</em></div><p data-pasted="true" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 0.25in; color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;"><strong style=" font-weight: 700;"><span style=" color: inherit;">Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. <dt><h2>Class Specific Essential Duties</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><ol style="margin-left: -0.25in; margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>Oversee the registration process.</li><li>Train temporary staff and work study students in the registration procedures and related registration activities. </li><li>Create and maintain daily staff schedule for office staff. </li><li>Problem solve, troubleshoot and address student concerns; research student and staff registration problems. </li></ol></dd>
<dt><h2>Position Specific Essential Duties</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><table border="0" width="672" style="width: 7in; margin-left: -8.1pt"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" style="width: 100%; padding: 0 5.4pt"><div style="margin: 0"><ol style="margin-bottom: 3pt; margin-left: -0.25in"><li style="margin: 0">Work as the registration liaison:<ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 0">Resolve both credit and non-credit issues with Continuing Education and Credit students, in person and by email or phone.  </li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 0">Disseminate this information to our Enrollment Services Center staff and coordinate rules and regulations between departments as they relate to registration protocol.  </li></ul></li><li style="margin: 0">Oversee Parchment Send services:<ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 0">Handle issues with vendor.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 0">Address student questions and issues in relation to transcripts and Parchment.</li></ul></li><li style="margin: 0">Handle enrollment verification requests for all students.</li><li style="margin: 0">Utilize Element 451 as a customer relationship management (CRM) system to organize and complete daily tasks assigned.  </li><li style="margin: 0">Assist with Legacy upload into Banner.</li><li style="margin: 0">Process batch registrations for credit and continuing education for special programs and assist with contract program entry.  Scan and index processed documents.</li><li style="margin: 0">  Provide back up coverage for Tier 2 phones, when needed.  </li><li style="margin: 0">Assist with projects related to compliance, i.e. National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), legacy record updates, Student Information System notes related to registration processing, Fraud, etc.</li></ol></div><p style="margin: 0"><br></p><p style="margin: 0">Essential Job Duties are intended to be examples of duties and are not intended to be all inclusive.
