The Technical Recruiter partners with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on passive technical talent. This role manages end‑to‑end sourcing and recruiting activities across federal civilian, health, and defense markets, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs. Responsibilities include candidate identification, screening, interview coordination, compliance tracking (including OFCCP), and continuous improvement of sourcing processes to ensure timely, high‑quality hires.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to understand the requirements of open positions and build accurate candidate profiles.
- Assists in the development and execution of advanced staffing and sourcing strategies; source and recruit professional level candidates for both funded and proposal requisitions and build quality pipelines of passive and active talent to support corporate and all federal civilian, health and defense market Segments.
- Build sourcing strategies, specifically targeted to passive candidates.
- Assist with evaluation, selection, and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures.
- Manage sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all priorities and goals are achieved.
- Perform a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements.
- Identify candidates from numerous sources, efficiently use our applicant tracking system, write advertisements, screen, and qualify candidates, and perform reference checks.
- Actively track recruiting activities and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.
