I am simple known for helping others. I currently help homeowners who are in trouble with their mortgage avoid foreclosure. I have been doing it for 5 years now. However, now I have made it even easier for homeowner's by teaching them how to do it themselves.

I teach homeowners "How to Get their mortgage loan modified" or "How to Get a Loan Modification On Their Own"

I have taken my wealth of knowledge and insight into loan modifications and I teach them how to get through the obstacles at their lending institution and get their loan modified.

Yes a homeowner can call their lender directly, but that is not where the problem is. The problem is do you know what to do after that. If not, it would be wise to take my online course and find out.
