Anita R. Johnson was destined to be an expert speaker in financial management for women. Knowing and understanding the function of money has given her a wealth of knowledge.
An entrepreneur since 1993, she has consult anted a number of individuals in managing their finances. Ms Johnson turned her attention to assisting women with finances. After seeing countless women not making the grade managing their finances has led her to create a curriculum that will allow women to become financially savvy. Through research it is estimated that 90% of women will retire below poverty. These numbers outranged her so much she decided to pursue a PhD in Finance with a focus towards women along with The Noble Meadows Foundation, she create, assist women with financial literacy classes. Ms. Johnson has won a number of awards, served as President for her local Black Chamber of Commerce, Inland Tax Consultants, Toastmasters, Chairman of the Advisory Board for a local credit union, and a radio host. Ms. Johnson currently holds a BBA in Accounting, MS in Taxation and pursuing her PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences-Specialization: Finances Ms. Johnson teaches at the community college and the university in the area in accounting, taxes and finances. It is important that everyone receives sound financial knowledge to become financially savvy.
