Why Are You Concerned About Black America:

I teach high school students (99% Black) and I always tell them that they can be anything they want if they are willing to work hard and I firmly believe in this principle. However, what I see is the lack of faith in their eyes that they really can succeed. Our children are facing an uphill battle and they cannot fight it by themselves. Positive adults must become more of a presence in the lives of our children to help them. They are our future and it is up to us to make a difference in their lives so they can make a difference in America. They really can, but they cannot do it alone.
