Q&A With Anthony Bridgeforth

do you believe that we can change the entire social fabric of our communities
"of course... freedom has never been free. unfortunately none of our so called "people in the struggle" ever stressed this freedom. equality was the soup on the menu. when Dr.King finally begin to make the turn towards "economic freedom" as the rallying cry, we all know what followed. scared the hell out of jesse and the others...instead we got "keep hope alive".... no one picked up 'that' ball to run with it in a profound manner. well, Maynard in ATL gave us a peek into the completeness of oneness highlighting black businesses and its profound vision for a totally sustainable communitywide city. this freedom removes drugs and death and replaces it with prosperity and purpose...we must begin to embrace economic freedom totally. time is not our ally."

Hello, I hope this message isn't too abrasive, just wondering if you'd do me the favor of checking out my new album at www.je-music.com. I'm a 20 year old saxophonist from MD. The album is a blend of gospel, jazz, and r&b, and has received great reviews from luminaries such as Kirk Whalum and Marcus Miller. If this message offends in any way, please accept my most humble apologies...just trying to get word out about the album. Thanks for the time... --Joe www.je-music.com
