http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/27582147/ shows how the African Community made a true difference in this year’s election. I have always said, "We must be active in America to be heard," now it has finally been proven. Yes my fellow African Americans we do make a difference in this country. Now is the time that we build upon our unity and take back our communities. We can do this by making sure our children stay in school and get high grades. We can do this by aiming high for each person in our community and not discouraging them from success. We can do this by stop making excuses and start making solutions to our daily problems. We can do this by getting involved in our local politics that affects our communities. We can do this by now standing up and telling our negative brothers and sisters who always say what we can't do and why we can't do something, "ENOUGH". We are one people and one community that rise and fall together. Yes! Barack Obama won the Presidential Election, but most of all "WE AS A PEOPLE" have finally had our blind folds remove to know that in the United States we can become anything if we stay focus and support each other. Today we are now one. So stand up Black America and take your place among all other diverse Americans; Jews, Whites, Indians, Latino's, Puerto Rican's, Irish and other Nationalities. Today is America’s day, because we all are now one NATION. Tell me what you think we should do to better America and help our Community
