IT'S NEVER ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY BUT I JUGGLE IT... (669 hits)

"Okay" I admit I am at work right now and I still have work to do all the time. I need some tips or something on juggling. Soon as I' m caught up....there's something else waiting. Now, I'm not totally snowed over in tasks, but I admit I do have a pile of stuff looking at me in the corner of my home's office space. It's been sitting there for well, I won't admit how long.. It's been a while. I'm not the best organizer when it comes to keeping a systematic structure... I lean a little bit toward overload, but not totally every thing overboard. I juggle it for the most part. Have you have a few tips? I know most of you are business conscience and handle "juggling it "well. The family, the husbands or the wives, the dinners, the groceries, and so on. I have to get my child involved too, but often I have go behind him to finish a task! It's never enough time in the day, but I juggle it ... This is the fun part, I get work a little and write about what need to do with that stuff in the corner...(Smiles)

i would definitely get a personal planner and stick to it. the planner has kept me on track this year. i've had people call me at the last minute to do something, and i've told them "let me check my schedule". if i already have something booked, then i'm booked. i read a book called "eat that frog", which means that you should do things right away that you usually don't like doing. good luck.

Hey, that's good advice. I have lots of books to plan stuff only I'm not too good at finding them and keepin them up. I'll practice trying to do better. Thank you Stephen it's good and sound advice.

Hi Doc, you're too smart for me. I'm serious I need to get that stuff up off the floor. See, you're smart you're working on your stuff already. Have a good evening, I'll probably put that stuff off until another day! Sweet dreams....

That should be very interesting.....See what you've done is directed me to adding something else onto my agenda...other than picking up this pile of stuff in the corner! Thans you,...it's just what I needed... Frankly, I just need to get to work on picking it up....O' woe is me.....Haaay...Jen come help me code will you? (LOL)

great, I always have a great big garden for food and for flours and a few fruit and nut trees. I have asthns veery bad so with the smoke from all of those fires kept most of us in a lot this summer, I had to let the summer garden go. K do have a fall garden so all was not lost. I also have chickens and my neighbor is boarding three of his cows over her for a while to eat our grass for us.

by now you should have guessed I live in no man's land, and we love it.

I am ready for the recipt exchange and the spring planting. I am planting spring blubs now.
So glad I could come and help but it seem I'll just make it more unorganized so welcome to my club(smile)It does sound like fun so lets do it...

As I am the most organized-unorganized person that I know, I do not think you want any advice or hints from me.an example, when I am going any place, I put my eye glasses and my watchand keys in my purse that I will be carrying before time for me to leave the house. I do this because if I put them where they are the last things I pick up they get left where they are all organized for me to pick up going out the door.In other words, the more organized I am the worst I end up in the end.

Miisreal, I am a fantastic cookand gardner though(smile)
