So, the Roman Catholic Church decided it would no longer fund ACORN, a group that works primarily in the inner cities to register people to vote. "We simply had too many questions and concerns to permit further CCHD funding of ACORN groups," Roger Morin, the auxiliary bishop of New Orleans, Louisiana, told his colleagues in a letter to the conference. Sounds a little suspicious to me....Now, I'm sure that people will debate that ACORN signed people up illegally and paid people and blah blah blah, but even ACORN themselves found and fixed any problems before the elections. Those that were found to have wrongfully registered people were terminated and their work highly scrutinized. Only time will tell who else will stop any programs or funding because Obama was elected.
