i've seen so many adults and kids into sports and eating healthy. but we must look at these labels that say they're healthy. i've seen so much sugar in so-called healthy items. i just discovered a site that has health conscious foods and drinks. the best is an energy drink with 0 carbs and 0 sugar. all the energy comes from B vitamins. check it out at www.sfutado.qhealthzone.com.
