Worse yet is that we are getting all of this negative feed back and information from our right wing media which we know is fearlessly, owned, operated, lead and controlled by this far right wing republican party, who can only vision the complete failure of President Obama and the Democratic process...
We need good, well paying jobs in this country and if the current corporate bosses, they defend and support, are not willing to work within the best interest of the American work force, then why should we need to invest more money with them?.
They are laying off employee's by the hundreds of thousands and creating complete hell in the lives of their employees and they are all piggy backing off the profits of devastation. These very employee's are leaving their work place after years of valued service, only to find their 401-K.s are severely reduced, because they are tied to this setup to fail stock market, their employer has invested all their health benefits and retirement funds, only to lose all of it.
If they would have had, the proper guidelines and accountability applied to their firm, that they could only get from the Federal Government, they hate so much. They would have never been allowed to use these funds in the first place, and these are the very measures, they are spending a fortune, using their high priced lobbyist to convince our elected officials to fight off, and they are winning as a result of their disastrous management skills, geared at self profits, instead of stabilizing a well managed company, as they are paid to do. Because their employee's currently have no jobs, no health benefits, no homes and their lives totally destroyed,by these people, they need to draw down the little funds they have left in their 401-K'.
This then becomes the other financial Institutions turn to add more screws to the people by enforcing these massive penalties to their 401-K,, which takes even more from people who clearly have NOTHING already. Oh but we are not finished yet, because we get Sean Hannety and Rush Limbaugh inserting their political Raciest Demagoguery, to the mix. and this avalanche of hatred from the right wing media, that someone could come up with policies, they should have enforced in the first place. These corporations need Government Intervention and Accountability and REAL, SANCTIONS,WHEN NOT COMPLIED and only the government can and should do that as a deterrent. These republican idiots, (as the good Senate lady,Claire, McCaskel refers and I agree), will not read the actual package to us as written.
They are taking it apart and instilling their own partisan takes on it,without any worth while contributions of their own, except to continue with these massive tax shelters for their corporate criminal buddies, who in turn provide them with kick backs, for their services.
Folks, there is nothing we are getting from the Republican Party and Corporate America that we can trust and believe in, yet we are supposed to continue to pour all of this money on them with NO accountability what so ever and keep giving them these massive tax breaks. This is incredible, to say the least and just watch what the republicans will do to that package, in return for doing the right thing for their constituents. It is shameful. They falsely spew all of their warped reasons for not holding these corporations accountable , both monetarily and criminally, for their unlawful conduct of making their case to Congress and the American people, that they need bail outs and stimulus funds to continue to operate their businesses, then turn around and pocket the very funds they never mentioned huge portions,would be used to benefit themselves, or did they?
It is so depressing to see that all they will get is a public sanction from the President, who has not mentioned weather he would be turning this matter over to the Justice Department who should be sending Federal Law Enforcement Officers, to seize the bank accounts of these people, until they justify why they even have our money in their accounts at all, and if their claims are not adequate, which I do not believe are. Then the money should be returned to the rightful people it belongs too and they are adequately cited with criminal charges of lying and false representation to use public funds for private gains ' They cannot justify taking tax payer money, based on their personal, private contracts with their firms.
One has nothing to do with the other and they fully know this, which is why they never mentioned it in their Congressional hearings, or did they go behind the door? This is the real Federal Process of dealing with these private idiots folks.and our elected officials will do well to follow this process while serving the public and make sure the guidelines set in any agreement with these people are very clear of what we want and expect for the use of our money, or NO DEAL.. If we do not hold these people accountable for these atrocious crimes they are committing,they are never going to correct this kind of behavior.
We have to send a message that we will hold them both monetarily and criminally accountable for the miss handling of public funds. All we are getting is this negative feeding frenzy from the very people who got us into this economic mess in the first place, by the consistent need of imposing of these never ending tax breaks for people whom have been the sole beneficiaries of these massive cuts in our tax system for the last eight years, knowing that average citizens are not included in this scheme, simply because they do not make enough income to even worry about tax burdens in the first place.
Average citizens average salaries, currently range, just above minimum wage sense Bush and the republicans had leadership of this country and yes our social security benefits are effected, by this, because with so many people unemployed, we are paying out much more then we are putting into the pot. This disgusting problem also goes right back into the filthy hands of the republicans/blue dog democrats and corporate America, to which they all take their kick backs and marching orders from. It is simply crazy to continue to spew this unrealistic scheme of the far right wing demagogues, into the mind set of American people, as if these warped policies are actually going to benefit them.
Case and point is this sick notion of again providing corporate America with even more of these massive TAX Breaks, under the guise, it will help them better with retaining and hiring of their employee's (this crap was spewed just this morning by Republican Senator kay Bailey Hutchinson, while she consistently interrupted Senator Kerry on his ideas. It is simply a mystery to me and everyone forced to watch these very incompetent idiots in political media,, continue to speak on issues they clearly know nothing about and to our discuss and dissatisfaction believe we don't either, yet we fool them consistently when we strike back with knowledge we do understand exactly what the hell they are up to.
It does not take a rocket scientist, to understand that these corporations, DO NOT, pay the taxes for their employee's anyhow, to need it for that purpose,as Kay Baily Hutchinson made the latest claim. The employee's pay their own payroll taxes, provided they have employment.. Like President Obama, is taking responsibility and accountability for his stimulus package. He offers us No guarantee it will work, but the fact he is at least doing something we have not been accustomed to, in more then eight years, is a blessing to behold.
Republicans, need to take responsibility for their continued pursuance of providing these massive tax breaks and credits, to their Wall Street friends. Make no mistake about it as they continue to demonize Government Accountability, knowing Government is the people, for the people and by the people, they are gleefully also employed with themselves and are supposed to be serving.
They are not taking any responsibility what so ever for the massive mess, their beloved corporate America has cost this country. And they only came up with the infrastructure for our high ways idea, because they know we are on to them and their love for tax reductions for their pimps. It is absolutely correct in the understanding that NO one is currently paying into the tax system now, because all the tax breaks handed to corporate America in the last eight years,with only the rich benefiting in addition to the reduction of American workers salaries has also reduced inadequate, tax contributions to pay for needed services, in our communities, these very corporations get massive benefits from.
Their solution is Now to even privatize all our services, including our police and fire services, also putting us in position to NOT question anything from these people, including the money they will charge for doing it, weather or not the employee's will be represented by UNIONS, who will assure adequate fair pay scales, safety policies and procedures are followed and civil rights issues are NOT VIOLATED, as is the case Federal Employment is tasked with..
It is clear with the reduction in city, county and state functions, such as police, fire and all fascist of needed services, for our cities to function, have been severely impacted by these massive tax breaks and shelters, to these corporations and the top ten percent of American citizens, who incomes, has risen eighth and nine hundred percent. We cannot continue to pour all of our hard earned dollars to people who simply do not need it.
This is so wrong for the Republican party to continue to use our national media and information systems, to which they continue to have a complete lock on, to continue to play American people as if we are stupid. They have totally disregarded the massive numbers of people who came out to VOTE AGAINST THEM AND THESE VERY POLICIES, THEY STAND FOR.
Republicans can insert all the spooks, they can find to sit by their door in an attempt to shield them from the rasp of the American people who are hell bent on the total dismantling of the republican party as we know it, to be the most destructive institution, this country has ever known, and that is a fact that will come into play on our very next opportunity, better known as the 2010, primary elections, where we will collect the remaining seats, needed TO TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK-
