Why don't they just call it "INEEDAGREENCARD.COM" LOL -- I kid, I kid. Putting my cynicism aside, what do you guys think of dating sites? I passed this one on a blog and couldn't resist clicking. Blame my morbid curiosity.

I steer clear of them. I feel they're alright for just chatting. With discretion they may be okay. People should be careful though about what information they exchange.

I don't think I'll be indulging in anything like that anytime soon.
I left Blackplanet because of all the foreign men who send me notes talking
about how much they love me and think I'm their soul mate...
It's just crazy what some will do in the name of love.

I won't say I've never met any off of the internet but I'm very careful about how I go about things and my experiences have been pretty good. They weren't about love connections just meeting and greeting with new interesting people getting to know them.

I often wonder if some people feel better /safer if they go on those dating sites that cost a lot of money?

But, I guess just letting your computer address out there is taking a great chance. My greatest worry is for the honest people and the innocent who are teken advantage of way too often and by the time enough complaints come in they have closed up chop and have moved on... very interesting topic E.
