We can unlearn many things that we have learned, like:eat your own cooking, because all of that extra money you spend is for someone else's time doing just this. Walk, ride a bike and not get in the car to go to the nearest store or just a few blocks to a friend's house.Even on a balcony you can grow a few fresh vegetables.Drink water not sodas as it is better for your health.Turn off the TV and read a book and turn off that light when you leave the room.Count to ten and save on blood pressure medication...
