Waves of snow will grace it's presence on televisons today as thousands of Memphians will be left with a snow screen on their television sets. About 86,000 people in Memphis will be left without no televison reception today as analog waves goodbye and digital waves hello! These waves of affection will also be in about 2.2 million homes today. That dump of snow will fry over those who have not prepared themselves with a digital converter; and also a digital converter antenna. Government coupons are still available until July 31, 2009. Balls started flying yesterday at the fast start of The St. Jude Classic Golf Tournament. The Golf Classic leader Brian Gay led with Score 64 and -6 Par. Followed closely by Jimmy Walker Score 65 and -5 Par. Gay stated that he felt it was a solid start and he had a good day. The St. Jude Classic raises millions for the Children of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It's an annual event and highly publicized on national news and televison networks all over the country. Golf balls will be flying again today as the tournament continues. I can hear those balls sounding in the air!
Really though, I don't know anything about golf. "But you don't have to to write about flying golf balls!" "Did you know I saw a news story about a dog that ate golf balls and had to have surgery to remove them!' He couldn't go to the bathroom!

Mayor Willie Herenton has officially sent his paper to run for congress. He filed his papers and sent them sailing in the air by Federal Express. The mayor is serious! He will challenge present congressman Steve Cohen for the 9th District seat at the August 2010 Democratic primary. The two once alies will be up in the air on who will win this approaching race. It's sure to be a vote fight. Because Herenton is black and Cohen is white, no one is thinking it'll be a racial fight. Voters are focusing on the one best to fill the upcoming seat. Right now, the winner is just hanging in the AIR WAVES!

University of Memphis had 172 students waving their hands yesterday as they were present at the New Student Orientation held at Fogelman College of Buisness. Students waved their hands in a "swearing in ceremony" as they'll enter as new students in the next session. The two day event waved them with several sessions from academic advising, services and on campus living and activities.
"Hold your hands up and repeat after me."
No, not you ---The students! .... That's what was said to the students!
The reception of this issue is becoming blurred with snow! It's the AIR WAVES..
Thanks for waving bye. I'm outta here! "Give me that string for the kite will ya?"
Tell me how can I watch with no AIR.... How am I suppose to see with no AIR...no AIR! ....no AIR!....no AIR WAVES....
