When I decided to publish this coolectionof work, I wanted to e sue it reflected the spirit of an individual with a mental illness so that it minister to othes and encourage others to step out of a poainful way of life and experience his or her true purpose.
Bipolar has no cure, but with making adjustments to a lifestyle, readers can live an improved quality of life. Telling my story has definitely been healing in many ways.
