ALICIA KEYS PUTS ON FREE STREAMING WORLD AIDS CONCERT TUESDAY DEC 1 (645 hits)

Keys will be featured in "Alicia Keys Live! One Night...One Voice... One Life at a Time..." an 8 p.m. ET performance Tuesday at the Nokia Theater in New York. The show will be recorded and streamed live on Keys official YouTube channel www.youtube.com/aliciakeysSME. The concert is a fund-raiser for the singer's Keep a Child Alive charity.
This disease is reaching pandemic levels among blacks in America, in a country where there is no lack of education. 90 percent of the women who succumb to the disease today are black women. The CDC, the Center For Disease Control, says the most often way they contract the disease is from having s*x with black men who are having dangerous s*x with other men. Everyone knows how you prevent getting a s*xually transmitted disease. We are not a third world country without access to information, education or help. Black women should definitely reassess who they have s*x with and not just take a man's word that he is safe or monogamous. The stigma of being bis*xual, the CDC reports, is the reason for the lies black men tell the women they sleep with. The result is that they pass on this health risk, and many times the illness and death, to hundreds of thousands of black women, some, the mothers of their own children.
