When you say Slavery was something that happened to your ancestors 400 years ago – you are DEAD WRONG – many of your ancestor’s posterity are exactly where they were in 1619. Read the link below, but let me warn you now – you will not be the same once it sinks in - West Africa slavery still widespread http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/7693397....

Hello Mr. Weston, I try very hard not to become frustrated with my people, Black Americans. However, sometimes it is very difficult to control myself. Mr. Weston, what the hell does old West African slave trade has to do with Black Americans who are descendents of slaves. Are you out of your damn mind? What the heck is wrong with you? Why do you not tell me something about Black Americans needs to be a sovereign people or have complete independence on the portion of this continent we could call our very own country with borders? Why do you not tell me that Black Americans need to have our hands on the helm of our own destiny? What say you?

Hello to all, I know that the Blacks in White America are a new breed a race of people that has emerged out of the ashes of slavery. In other words, the Africans that were purchased by White American men, mostly of British descent from the slave traders bred themselves with these Africans, which for the most part ended after the Civil War and the people from this breeding process are today Black Americans who are descendents of slaves. Black Americans neither are Africans nor are we Caucasian people. Secondly, neither are Black Americans from Africa nor are we from England. Black Americans were a made people on this continent of North America. Our homeland is a portion of this continent that we will inherit as our sovereign country with borders. All that you intelligent BIA members need to do is think through the things I say and if you find anything in error, irrational or just doesn’t make sense, you have the option to call me out. I am the way, and besides me, there is no other way that Black Americans could ever become a real people in this world. Consequentially, I want you all to forget about Africa and all that other nonsense you all be talking about and concentrate on becoming a sovereign people. It will take a tremendous amount of intelligence to have sovereignty and to maintain it, much more than we have today as a collective people. Therefore, we have yet a long way to go. What I see you all do not see yet, but you will. Tell me what you think.

Great post!!!This reminds me of a lecture by Minister Ava Muhammad (national spokeperson for Minister Farrakhan) titled "Slavery Still Exists". Thanks for reminding us of the effects that slavery still has on Black America after 400+ years. The author of this link gave an excellent analyisis. Keep your posts coming!!!

Yes, slavery still effects some lazy scared negros that want hardworking strong American men to believe that the christianEuropean is a "white bogey" man-a super "demonic being". some negroAmericans want us to believe that hardwork, discipline and belief in Truth has not made our nation richer, and some want to denigrate the Greatest example of human strength, courage and intelligence that has developed Our Leader President Baraka Hussein Obama to ascend to the Highest office in America. The slavery that ava talks about is the ignorant idea of Racialist Thought, which her words keep her mind In.

I will say this one more time...America is the only country that has ever had legal , moral slavery from birth to death fir "400 years and counting"...There has never been an America that has not had Africans who owned "slaves" right here in this country that worked on their plantations...but, the only way taht we can begin to be able to see/ accept this is to start in Africa where so many, many of the Africans were sold, as slaves, there to the White man by the Black man... It is all up to us to learn by way of recorded records and not continue to limit ourselves to the Black In America that has served to divide and conqour us as it always has and always will do...that is unless and until we become so proud of who wer are and not what we are told to be as far as self worth according to how light/dark our skin colors are.(smile) I OTHER WORDS WE MUST START WITH WE HAD A HISTORY, CULTURE, CITY STATES WITH Working GOVERNMENTS, long before we ever came into contact with North America...YES WE CAN....
