Mumia Abu-Jamal could be facing the death penalty again. (121 hits)

The US Supreme Court ordered Tuesday a lower court to reconsider its decision not to execute ex-Black Panther Mumia Abu-Jamal for murdering a Philadelphia police officer in 1981. Abu-Jamal has calimed his innoncence all throughout his 28 year stay in prison.
