The Nations Capital is shut down...No airplanes and No airplanes out. No Buses In and No Buses out. No Trains In and No Trains Out. Residents are stocking up on food and supplies. According to reports " By the end of the snowfall Wednesday, areas of Washington will have seen as much as 52 inches in February 2010.
The Washington Post reports that Pepco, the local electric utility, has suspended repair operations for the 3,500 homes in the Washington and Maryland suburbs that are still without power after the weekend's storms".
