With ABRAHAM: A Common Denominator For All Black Religions to Unite: TO LAND OF OUR OWN (163 hits)

One of the five countries we plan to negotiate modernization for "land" is Tanzania. The economy is mostly based on agriculture, which accounts for more than half of the GDP, providing 85 percent (approximately) of exports, and employs approximately 80 percent of the workforce. The Topography would need assisted plumbing for improvements in irrigation. Would use modernization technologies to better utilize the climate and make it a friend sort of speak, wich currently limits cultivated crops to only 4 percent of the land area.

Must employ state of the art network communications for connecting video and data signal transmission between states. Should not have a problem with selecting frequency bandwith recognizing interference concerns. Locally we will use more fiber optic technology for increase in capacity of information flow.

Clark....establishing priority to modernization efforts is key to the success of the nation building project. It turns out that the flow of goods from point A to B is critical to managing construction projects. Therefore, improvements in roads, highways and bridges will play an initial role along with power generation and distribution. Goods and services will need to flow smoothly from ships, planes and trains to points of construction. Ground transportation will dominate the means of moving goods in the early stages. Specifications will be established for width, strength, materials, and pathway for roads, highways and bridges. Careful analysis will be taken for routing goods from the center of host country to the coastline. At the same time power distribution will be located near the coastline and propagate to the center of the host country and expand outwardly.

Once the infrastructure and power generation have come to a point efficiency, the nation project scope moves to areas of modernization including waste water treatment, manufacturing and agriculture. At this point a jump in the economy will result. Cleaner water, marketable products exported out the country and increase in food supply will mean the host country is ready for sustaining their stronger nation. The last phase of the nation building project is the setting of higher education institutions for graduating students capable of running the equipment employed. Trade schools to Associate level institution that will eventually lead to colleges and universities will be the final phase of Africa on Wheels....nation building project and will mean xxxxx acres of land for Black Americans.
