When looking for job openings, don't forget social networks. There are companies who only post job openings in certain networks, not in Career Builder, Monster, Indeed, etc.
For example, you can search for quality jobs at LinkedIn by going to the top of the page, using the drop down box and selecting "Jobs". Type in a search word that you want to look for a job on in the search box to only pull up "managerial," "marketing," "finance," etc. jobs.
You can also contact companies that you want to work with directly. Simply craft a strong cover letter and resume then send it off. If you find out who hiring managers are using professional networks, you can contact them directly to increase your chances of landing a job.
Stay positive. Take time to laugh and enjoy life all along the way, even when you feel like you're in a "waiting" or "holding" period. One thing I have learned in life is that not laughing and not having fun changes nothing. Being serious doesn't find you a job. Taking the steps to look for a job or to create your own business do! There's nothing wrong with enjoying life at all times. Have fun, my friend! Have fun!
I'm pulling for all of us regardless of where we are right now in our life's journey!
When are you going to finally visit me online?
