Hello Steve,
Let me jump in behind Ms. Jen’s point about the pictures in Abraham’s book.
No, it is not necessarily to show the horrifying life of slavery. It takes away from the message of Black Americans imminent sovereignty on a portion of this continent.
Look, Ms. Jen said that the horrifying pictures turned her off. A genuine prophet’s responsibility is not to frighten his people. Instead, it is to bring clear and straightforward understanding to his people.
When God anointed me, God inspired me to know that Black America’s only permanent solution is that we desire to become a sovereign people on a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders. My inspiration and anointing is about the future of Black Americans and not the past.
Likewise, Moses inspiration and anointing was about the future of the Hebrew people and not the horrifying life of slavery and bondage. Am I making any sense with you?
I am not an author and neither was Moses. However, I am not saying that authors are insignificant. What I am saying is that authors have their space while prophets have this space as well.

Moses is the credited author of "The Five Books of Moses", otherwise known as the TORAH, the first Five Books of the Old Testament.

Of course, your opinion counts. I am sure that Moses dealt with the opinions, feelings, negative and positive of Egyptians he met in his everyday life while performing his divine task telling the Hebrew people of the imminent Exodus.

However, what I am saying is that Moses was not an author as to say he sat down and wrote a book as a writer would do.

I think the images are horrific and people should use discretion when putting pictures like that in books for all to see afterall are those corpses not human? Its a terrible lack of judgement and I don't see how putting things like that in a book teaches anything. I don't want my son seeing images like those PERIOD!

Sure, I agree with Mr. Jen. To teach the horrors of slavery today is without value. Black Americans must have a counter message, which could only be the desire for sovereignty.
For instance, if Black Americans could see their way to embrace the concept of sovereignty or complete independence on a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders to pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way then teaching about slavery and showing those horrific pictures are without value. Do you understand me?
By the way, Steve, descendents of slaves is not African Americans. An African American is a person of African parentage that has become an American citizen. A Black American is a person that dissented from the breeding of White American men mostly of British descent with the African slave woman when slavery began. An example of Black Americans is the children that Ms. Sally Hemming had for her slave master President Thomas Jefferson. So again, African Americans and Black Americans are entirely too different people, am I right.
Black Americans are a new breed or race of people that has emerged out of the ashes of slavery, right.
